Tell us a little about your situation via the contact form or email. We'll respond within two business days to confirm whether we're the right fit.

Initial consultation
A paid one-hour consultation — in person, by phone or video. You leave with an honest read on your options and a written summary of what we discussed.

Engagement & strategy
If you'd like to proceed, we send a written agreement setting out scope, timelines and fees. Nothing starts until you've signed.

Preparation & lodgement
We prepare your application to Immigration New Zealand's standards, request the right evidence, and lodge on your behalf.

Decision & follow-through
We manage INZ correspondence, respond to PPIs, and if needed, advise on reconsideration or next steps after a decision.
On fees
Transparent, agreed in writing before we start.
We work to fixed fees wherever possible, with staged payments tied to milestones. You'll always know what you're paying for — and what INZ fees are separate.
